A former Plum retirement community registered nurse is accused of using a co-worker’s credentials to try to get a cream containing morphine. The state Attorney General’s Office has charged 58-year-old Kimberly Graves with misdemeanor counts including identity theft and forgery. Investigators say Graves was working at Longmont at Oakwood when she used a nurse practitioner’s name and signature without her knowledge on a prescription for the substance. A preliminary hearing for Graves is scheduled on March 27th.
