Police in New Kensington have accused a teacher at Valley High School of provoking a fight between two students during math class. The Trib reports that 45-year-old Bradley Reiher of Tarentum is charged with child endangerment and corruption of minors for the incident on October 27th. Police say on that day, he helped provoke the altercation by saying “Stand up and do something; quit talking, and do it,” and “Let’s go, you standing up or not?” and repeatedly asking the other if they wanted to fight. He and another teacher had to break it up. A preliminary hearing is set for January 22nd. Superintendent Chris Sefcheck confirmed Reiher still is employed by the district, but he declined to comment on an active investigation.
