The two families that were displaced after a duplex fire over the weekend in New Kensington are receiving assistance. The Trib reports that a family of six were able to get out, but all their possessions were destroyed in Saturday’s fire. A GoFundMe account was set up for the family and Roy Hunt Elementary is accepting clothing donations today The house is expected to be assessed by insurance adjusters Tuesday, and someone from the American Red Cross.
