CONSTRUCTION CONTINUING AT NEW KENSINGTON INDUSTRIAL PARK

Construction is continuing at the New Kensington Industrial park.  The Trib reports that roofing at the facility will go in over the summer months.  The structure is also getting new windows, updated utilities and interior infrastructure.  RIDC Senior Vice President Tim White said the entire site rehab is expected to be complete by the end of the year.  The work is being paid for by a Pennsylvania SITES grant of nearly $7 million.
