A former Manor police officer was ordered to serve three years of probation for impersonating a UPMC officer at a health system building and taking credit cards and a key from an employee’s office. The Trib reports that 41-year-old Justin Hall of Washington Township entered guilty pleas to charges of defiant trespass, impersonating a public servant, theft and harassment last week. UPMC police charged Hall in January 2024 in connection with an incident that month at a building in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. His ex-girlfriend reported to UPMC police that a key and 14 credit cards were missing from her office.
