MURRYSVILLE LAWYER ACQUITTED OF CRIMINAL CHARGES

A Murrysville Lawyer was acquitted Friday of criminal charges that came from an alleged road rage incident nearly three years ago.  The Trib reports that 49-year-old Brad Funari was facing charges connected with a an incident where he was accused of running his then-estranged wife and her father off the road.  Funari claimed on the stand that the two fabricated the event as part of an ongoing custody dispute.
