While it didn’t hit the jackpot, a powerball ticket sold in Westmoreland County is worth $150,000. The PA Lottery reports that the lucky ticket was sold Monday at the Speedway in Unity Township. It matched four of the five white balls and the red powerball, and also had the power play options purchased, tripling the normal $50,000 prize. The Speedway on Village Drive will earn a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Winners of the Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball have one year from the day the drawing took place to claim their prize.
