Peter Hook is set to attend the Rock and Roll Hall of fame with Joy Division and New Order getting inducted, but don’t expect him to stand on stage with his former bandmates.
During an interview with Rolling Stone, the musician was asked if he’d join them at the podium to accept the honor, to which he responded “no, not after what they did to me and my family.” Hook parted ways with New Order in 2007 and says “they’d have to reach out and try to form some kind of relationship” to get back on good terms with him.
New Order hasn’t commented on whether they’ll attend the Rock Hall of Fame induction ceremony in November.
