NEW KEN MAN SENTENCED

A New Kensington man is spending time behind bars for sexually abusing a pre-teen girl.  A judge sentenced 50-year-old Thomas Burruss to between six and 15 years in prison following his guilty plea on sexual assault charges yesterday.  Investigators say the abuse went on over a five-month period in 2022.  Burruss will also be required to serve three years on probation and to register as a sex offender for life.
