Greensburg officials are still working on an agreement with Seton Hill Child Services concerning the public use of a playground. The Trib reports that Mayor Rob Bell gave an update on the Taylor Street Playground City officials are trying to figure out who purchased and installed the playground equipment at the facility along Belmont Avenue and Turney and King streets. Signs were recently posted there declaring the playground unsafe by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Amber Oakes, executive director of Seton Hill Child Services, said productive conversations are ongoing with Greensburg officials.
