Jermaine Jackson is being ordered to pay over six-million dollars after a woman said the singer sexually assaulted her in 1988.
Yesterday, a Los Angeles judge issued a default judgment after Jackson failed to take part in the case. Lawyers for the plaintiff said the 71-year-old brother of Michael Jackson could not be located to be served with court papers.
The judge awarded Rita Butler Barrett six-point-five million dollars.
