ROSTRAVER MAN ARRESTED YESTERDAY

A Rostraver man was arrested yesterday on rape charges.  The Trib reports that 22-year-old Jared Braun is accused of raping a girl at a party on June 2nd.  The victim told police that day that he was wearing a holster containing a gun and the presence of the gun made her fearful of how he would react if she tried to stop him.  On June 11th, police searched his home and found the firearm.  A preliminary hearing is set for June 6th.
