Services are still planned for this week after the roof collapsed at the Reclamation Church in New Kensington. The Trib reports that crews will start waterproofing the bell tower roof after it caved in last week, dumping rainwater into the lobby and the newly-renovated bathroom. Pastor Brent Phillips says he thinks a lot of rainwater over the last few weeks pooled up and eventually the roof couldn’t hold the weight of it. Phillips said The church continues to hold services every Sunday at 10 a.m., is hosting a community block party on July 12 and will host its three-day vacation Bible school starting July 13.
