The Smashing Pumpkins are being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2027.
The alternative rock band is among 32 entertainers selected for next year’s Walk of Fame class. The group formed in 1988 and underwent several lineup changes before their reunion in 2006. Other recording artists include Lil Wayne, Karol G, David Guetta, and Sia.
Individual ceremony dates will be announced at a later date.
