MURRYSVILLE TO SWITCH TRASH HAULERS FOR FIRST TIME IN DECADES

Murrysville will switch trash haulers for the first time in decades. Council voted unanimously to award a five-year contract to County Hauling, with service beginning October first. The new contract will maintain unlimited curbside collection, add curbside glass recycling and gradually increase rates from 67 dollars and 26 cents to nearly 79 dollars per quarter.
