The Westmoreland County Housing Authority has been hit with a lawsuit for more than $2.4 million over water main breaks that forced two businesses to close for months last year. The Trib reports that the lawsuit was filed by the owners of the former Troutman’s building and owners of In The City laundromat that saw some damage from breaks in late July 2025, but the authority performed temporary repairs. The laundromat has reopened since then.
