NFL DRAFT GENERATED OVER $175 MILLION IN SPENDING ACTIVITY

Tourism officials are sharing economic impact numbers related to the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh.  VisitPittsburgh has released a report on the event, saying the draft generated over 175-million dollars in spending activity through the region.  Over 800-thousand people were in Steel City for the three-day gathering, according to the report.  The document also states the draft generated worldwide broadcast exposure to Pittsburgh, with an estimated 55-million viewers across the globe.
