POLICE RAID HOME IN SCOTTDALE BOROUGH

A police raid on a home in Scottdale Borough resulted in the seizure of 16 marijuana plants and charges filed against 20-year-old Neal Blair. The Trib reports that Scottdale officers executed a search warrant with help from Mt. Pleasant Borough police on Saturday. In addition to the plants, police said they seized 53 suspected marijuana vape cartridges, 6 ounces of packaged suspected marijuana, 3 grams of suspected psychedelic mushrooms and additional drugs and packaging materials.  Blair is free on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 16.
