The number of measles cases in Pennsylvania this year is now over 700. State health officials reported 38 new cases yesterday, bringing the total up to 731. More than 140 Pennsylvanians have been hospitalized for measles, and four have died from complications. Only one case has been reported in Westmoreland County this year.
