Pennsylvania is near the top of the list when it comes to student debt. According to a new study from WalletHub, Pennsylvania has the third-biggest student debt problem in the country, only behind Delaware and Mississippi. The report says about 64-percent of students in Pennsylvania have student loan debt, with the average debt at over 39-thousand-dollars. That’s almost half of the state’s median income.
