PART OF ROUTE 981 CLOSED THIS MORNING IN MOUNT PLEASANT TOWNSHIP

Part of Route 981 in Mt. Pleasant Township was closed this morning due to a vehicle crash.  The Trib reports that crews were sent out at 6:35 to the 4000 block of Route 981 near Trauger Lake.  The result of the crash brought down utility poles and electric lines.  Route 981 North will remain closed near the crash site as first responders clear the scene.  There’s no word if anyone was hurt in the crash.
