HEMPFIELD SUPERVISORS TO PURCHASE SIX PROPERTIES

Hempfield Supervisors are purchasing six properties that will be used for right of way or stormwater improvements.  The Trib reports that four of the parcels are small while the other two total over 2 acres.  The vacant properties are being purchased from Williams Buildings, LLC.  The two larger parcels are on Mt. Pleasant Road and could be used for future stormwater projects.  The other four small parcels along Route 30 will be used for the township’s right of way.
