Talks are continuing between the Westmoreland County Airport Authority and some potential airlines. The Trib reports that officials are able to use $850,000 in federal grant money they received to attract potential clients. Officials say low-cost carriers Allegiant Air, Breeze and Frontier airlines could be the companies that take over for Spirit Airlines, who shuttered their business earlier this year.
