GO LAUREL HIGHLANDS REBRANDS AS LAUREL HIGHLANDS TOURISM

Go Laurel Highlands, the tourism group for Westmoreland, Fayette and Somerset Counties is rebranding to Laurel Highlands Tourism.  Reports say the name change based on work done by Miles Partnership, who conducted research on the region and the Go Laurel Highlands brand.  The new logo says “Laurel Highlands” in bold, blue letters above a green “Pennsylvania,” helping to identify the region for those unfamiliar.  The vision is to have the region recognized internationally.
