The death penalty trial for a New Kensington man was postponed yesterday after prosecutors said that a key witness was unavailable to testify. The Trib reports that the trial of Keith Lily, Jr, who is charged in connection with the death of Mikel Fetterman in 2020 has been delayed until at least January, with a trial readiness conference set for October 28th of this year. Lilly has been in jail since his arrest. Investigators said the child suffered head injuries and other physical abuse when he was violently shaken and sexually abused.
