Pennsylvania Lawmakers and businesses are asking the State Supreme Court for more time to figure out how to regulate skill games. The Trib reports that the bipartisan petition was filed on behalf of four PA legislators, and it asks for an extension to February 10th of 2027, saying legislation for regulations will not be complete by the original deadline of October 13th The four lawmakers have proposed legislation to establish a statewide regulatory framework for skill games and would expand video gaming terminals at truck stops. It would also include statewide licensing, testing, monitoring and enforcement, age verification, a $500 monthly fee and other measures.
