An Indiana County school is in the running for a large grant from T-Mobile through the Friday Night 5G lights program. Last week, the mobile phone company announced that Homer-Center School District won $25,000 and is now competing with 39 other schools across the nation for $250,000 in grant money. Should they receive that grant, then they will be in the running for $1 million, which can be used for improvement of athletic facilities.
