A Penn Township man is accused of taking over $100,000 from a relative’s bank account. The Trib reports that 56-year-old Ronald Palicka reportedly stole the money over a six year period when he had power of attorney over the relative’s finances. The allegations were reported to township police last month and investigators said they spent hours poring over bank statements from July 2020 to June 2026, according to court papers. They found numerous transactions and checks made out to him, including a $12,000 check. The money was reportedly used to pay bills connected to Palicka. Palicka was arraigned Monday and posted $125,000 bail.
