LIVE! CASINO SELLS $4 MILLION SCRATCH-OFF TICKET

The Live! Casino at the Westmoreland Mall has sold a $4 million winning lottery scratch-off ticket.  Lottery officials say the casino will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket for the $50 Cash Money game.  The winner is advised to sign the ticket and contact the lottery office on how to claim it.
