GREENSBURG VOTERS SPLIT ON FOUR PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE HOME RULE CHARTER

Voters in Greensburg were split on four proposed amendments to the city’s Home Rule charter.  The Trib reports that Greensburg voters opposed removing residency requirements for top officials but supported updates to fire department language and contract bidding limits.  All election results are unofficial until votes are certified by county election officials.
