PITTSBURGH ENTREPRENEUR DONATES IT EQUIPMENT TO SETON HILL

A Pittsburgh entrepreneur is helping out the Seton Hill cybersecurity and computer science programs with a donation of $35,000 worth of equipment.  The Trib reports that Gene Leyzarovich, former CEO of Pittsburgh-based digital storage solutions company Jetstor made the donation of two storage systems and a five-year warranty program on each.  This replaces older, slower technology supporting the university’s cyber range, allowing more students to simultaneously conduct large-scale labs and cyber simulations.
