PRELIMINARY HEARING SCHEDULED FOR DONEGAL TOWNSHIP MAN

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a Donegal Township man charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl.  The Trib reports that 38-year-old Phillip Stilwell was denied bond at his arraignment hearing.   The investigation stemmed from a ChildLine report that he inappropriately touched the victim three times in the month of June.  Stilwell said he knew it was wrong and didn’t know why he did it during an interview with police.  He remains in Westmoreland County Prison.
