PA LEADERS MAKE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FUNDING AVAILABLE TO CHILD CARE WORKERS

Pennsylvania leaders are making additional support funding available to child care workers.  State officials visited Allegheny County to share more information on the Child Care Recruitment and Retention program yesterday.  Through the initiative, licensed Child Care Works providers will be eligible to receive incentive payments of at least 540 dollars per worker.  This is nearly 100 dollars more than the recruitment and retention payments made last year when the program was launched.
