BREEZE AIRWAYS COMING TO ARNOLD PALMER REGIONAL AIRPORT

Breeze Airways is coming to Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Unity Township.  The Trib reports that the Westmoreland County Airport Authority finalized the agreement this morning, five months after Spirit Airlines shut down operations nationwide.  Breeze serves more than 91 destinations across the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean and Costa Rica, and already flies out of Pittsburgh International Airport.  The authority also secured $850,000 in federal grants to help guarantee minimum flight revenue.  Breeze has not yet announced its routes from Latrobe or when service will begin.
