DERRY TOWNSHIP MAN TO SERVE UP TO 30 YEARS

A Derry Township man will serve up to 30 years for sexually assaulting a child.  The Trib reports that 40-year-old Matthew Buchinsky pleaded guilty in October of last year to three felony counts connected to allegations that first came up in 2022 where he confessed to sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy on multiple occasions between 2012 and 2015.  This comes after Buchinsky served time in federal prison for child pornography possession charges
