CHARGES AGAINST SOUTHWEST GREENSBURG MAN DISMISSED

Rape charges that were filed against a Southwest Greensburg man have been dismissed.  The Trib reports that 43-year-old Michael Matthew Snyder was arrested on September 30th, but his accuser did not want to proceed with the case at the preliminary hearing.  Court records showed that the charges were dismissed on October 21st.
